This #thankyouthursday, I am grateful for resets. Specifically, I am grateful for the course of oral steroids I was prescribed this week for a severe eczema flare-up. The telehealth doctor advised that ultimately I needed to assess my stress levels, diet, allergen exposures, etc.—but first I needed the steroid treatment, to get the immediate situation under control. “A reset.”
I need this reset badly- especially with heaps of 'stuff' in my house! I'm so glad you got your medication to help reset your medical condition.
