...In with the new
This #thankyouthursday, I am grateful for “in with the new.”
“In with the new” is the second half of the saying, just like this is the second half of today’s gratitude message.*
(The first half, “out with the old,” should have already come to your inbox, sent by my previous email system, but you can also read it here.)
Most immediately, I am grateful for this new form of #thankyouthursday communication, which probably seems similar on your end but is an excellent upgrade on my end, not least because I can now easily write to you from my phone, which is a big deal because using my phone while nursing B is still how I spend a lot of my time.
More broadly, I am grateful for all the opportunity and possibility that a new year brings. I can feel energy moving differently, and that is exciting.
Because in some ways, tomorrow is merely a symbolic fresh start, but January 1 is also a real marker.
Another year has officially passed. If you’re reading this, you made it through(!).
And tomorrow we get something new.
Love > fear,
Christina
p.s. I’m not huge on New Year’s resolutions, but I do enjoy setting intentions, and I would love to share #thankyouthursday with even more people in 2021. So if you know someone who might appreciate these messages, please pass this one along.
