We Can Do Hard Things
This #thankyouthursday, I am grateful for We Can Do Hard Things, which is Glennon Doyle’s new(ish) podcast.
(I’m also grateful for frozen lasagna, but last night as I lay in bed contemplating gratitude topics* I decided talking about the podcast might help more people than gushing about one of my favorite comfort foods.)
We Can Do Hard Things is a very good podcast. I barely have any time at all to listen to podcasts so maybe I’m not the best judge, but then again I barely have any time at all to listen to podcasts and yet I make time for We Can Do Hard Things.
I haven’t heard every episode, but the ones that find me seem to go straight to my marrow, helping me feel seen and verbalizing situations I’m too tired to find words for.
Specifically I recommend the episodes titled “Overwhelm” and “Self Care.”
Aaaaand there is so much more I could say but also did I mention I’m so tired and barely have any time? Although, it won’t always be like this. Especially not if I put into practice what I hear in this podcast. And I am grateful for that.
Love > fear,
Christina
