Movers

This #thankyouthursday, I am grateful for movers.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say I am grateful for moving.

However, I am sure I will be grateful for having moved, and I am already very grateful we have movers coming to help us do it.

When I was in my early twenties I moved around a lot and hiring movers was never an option. Now I’m in my late thirties and there is no way I would go without professional help on moving day.

Today is moving day, and I’m so grateful we are able to hire movers. I’m grateful for the privilege and good fortune that makes it possible for us to move, and I’m grateful to have support while we do it. And I’m especially grateful for the family I am moving with.

Because no matter where we live, when we’re together, we’re home.
