Midday meditation
This #thankyouthursday, I am grateful for midday meditation.
I feel very fortunate to live within walking distance of a community center that holds three meditations every weekday—and yet I’ve never attended one.
Until today.
Actually, I’m about to leave the house right now, and I am even more grateful to be able to share the experience with a neighbor friend.
And while I could have waited till afterward to write this post, I decided now was the right time, because I trust my gratitude will prevail regardless.
I’m so appreciative of an anchor in the middle of the day, a community-sanctioned, clearly defined time to pause, sit, and breathe.
I know it’s what I need.
