This #thankyouthursdsay, I am grateful for cinnamon almonds.
Let me start by saying that I love candy and I fully support the enjoyment of it. Right this moment there are three—no, four!—kinds of candy at my desk.
But lately I have been drawn to more substantial snacks; consuming too much sugar makes me feel unsettled. Still, I appreciate sweetness.
So I was delighted to discover cinnamon almonds this week. For me, they are the perfect snacking solution: a little bit of sweetness surrounding a satisfying serving of crunch and protein.
I suppose there are a multitude of larger themes and takeaways I could explore at this point, and if you are thinking of any, that’s great.
But personally, for now I just want to cherish the simple pleasure of a newfound treat.
